It’s okay to feel stressed, because you can learn to manage it. This course will give you the tools you need to achieve a better balance.

In this workshop, discover how our stress response works and how our brain and the whole body react to it. Learn to actively use your self-regulation skills so that you aren’t overwhelmed by the symptoms of stress, but remain agile and can keep a clear head even in hectic situations.

You will experience the soothing effects of simple mental and physical exercises, learn more about a healthy and sustainable work-life balance, and discover how to tap into your resources at any time in your daily life without it taking up too much time.

Duration

2 days with overnight stay. Start at 10.00 am on the day of arrival, conclusion on the day of departure at 4.20 pm
